Big Boom AJ AEW Full Gear 2025 Tag Team Partner Revealed

Big Boom AJ AEW Full Gear 2025 Tag Team Partner Revealed AEW

A tag team partner for Big Boom AJ has been revealed for the AEW Full Gear Tailgate Brawl on November 22 in Newark, New Jersey.

The Tailgate Brawl was introduced as the AEW pre-show for All Out in September of this year, and returns for the upcoming pay-per-view.

Recently, over on Ring of Honor, Big Boom AJ came to the rescue of QT Marshall, taking down members of The Don Callis Family.

This came after AJ found himself in the sights of Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero, with the CostCo guy needing a partner for a tag team match at Full Gear.

That partner is going to be QT Marshall, as he recently confirmed in Ring of Honor footage shared on Twitter, saying:

“Well, I was just explaining to Aaron Solo, listen. Big Boom AJ and I are far from friends, but I think that, for one night, Full Gear, Tailgate Brawl, almost a year in the making at the Prudential Center, we’ll put our difference aside to take down The Don Callis Family once and for all.”

Solo would try to find out what AJ had said to Marshall, only to be interrupted by the Full Gear tag team partner who said:

“I’ll tell you what I said to him in the ring. What I said to him in the ring is last year we stood face-to-face at Full Gear, but this year we have a common enemy and we’re going to have to stand side-by-side to take down the Callis Family.

“And, to do that, QT, I’m gonna to have to trust you.”

Marshall would confirm that they shook hands, offering his word as his bond, despite the concerns that Big Boom AJ may have over their partnership.

Solo would ask if the tag team had a name, with Marshall offering up “The Big Doom”, although this would lead to some confusion for Boom.

Thankfully, another name would be thrown into the mix, with the pair now called “Boom & Doom.”
