Saraya Makes In-Ring Return At AEW Full Gear

Tonight’s AEW pay-per-view marked the return to in-ring competition for a former WWE star, as Saraya returned to the ring.

Saraya (formerly known as Paige in WWE) made her return to in-ring action at AEW Full Gear.

With a back and forth battle with Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D., the AEW original targeted the previously injured neck of Saraya throughout the effort.

Also debuting, the new name for Saraya’s finishing move, the ‘Knight cap’ she was able to capture the pinfall victory over Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D.

With her brother at ringside featuring throughout the match as concerned for her overall health but particularly neck, it was a touching victory.

Also occurring on AEW Full Gear, the Elite returned debuting a new theme song and received a thunderous response from the crowd including a special related CM Punk chant. 

Elsewhere on the pay-per-view, a star made their ring entrance in homage to a wrestling legend and the show kicked off with a brutal and bloody steel cage match.
