The first team to advance to the World Tag Team Championship match at AEW Full Gear 2024 was confirmed on tonight’s Collision.
On tonight’s Collision, The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum) took on Top Flight to find out who would secure the first spot in the match.
With the AEW World Tag Team Champions Private Party on the ramp watching the match, The Outrunners would pick up the pinfall victory.
Also on tonight’s AEW Collision, a face-off in the ring featuring FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and House of Black revealed which duo would be representing the latter group in their match.
It was confirmed that the tag team competing against FTR on Dynamite on Wednesday, November 13 will be Brody King and Malakai Black.
Later in a backstage segment, Anthony Bowens and Max Caster (The Acclaimed) addressed their qualifying match against LFI ahead of their match to continue the four-way qualifiers.
Their segment however was cut short with the arrival of MVP, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin.
As MVP attempted to seemingly offer mentorship, Bowens faced off against Lashley and firmly repeated the pair were not interested.
As Bowens would exit the scene, Caster somewhat lingered with MVP stopping him to say he knew that Max still had his business card.
