On tonight’s AEW Dynamite it was confirmed that next week’s special Grand Slam edition of the show would hold another title match.
On-screen graphics clarified exactly when the Young Bucks will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship next week.
After Will Ospreay joined Kyle Fletcher at the behest of Don Callis to compete in the Tag Team Casino Gauntlet match, the duo went on to win and secured themselves a title shot at AEW Grand Slam.
A graphic shown on screen confirmed that the tag title match would be set for next Wednesday on AEW Dynamite.
Previously it had not been specified which Grand Slam special episode that the AEW Tag Team title match would be happening since Arthur Ashe Stadium is set to hold both Dynamite live and a Collision taping, which are both being billed as Grand Slam.
Also set for the Dynamite edition of Grand Slam are Bryan Danielson vs Nigel McGuinness, and Jon Moxley vs Darby Allin.
Elsewhere still to come on tonight’s Dynamite, an appearance by Jon Moxley who was shown arriving to the arena along with Claudio Castagnoli and Marina Shafir.
