AEW Grand Slam makes its return on February 15, 2025 with the upcoming show also marking the company’s first foray into Australia.
The show was originally set to take place at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane with a seating capacity of 52,500.
Recent reporting has suggested, however, that a change of venue was “likely to be announced” for the upcoming stadium show.
That change has now been confirmed by PWInsider with the show remaining in Brisbane but no longer at a stadium.
According to Mike Johnson, ticket holders received news that the show would take place at Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
The capacity of the new venue is 13,500, although Johnson notes that there isn’t news of how AEW will scale the venue for Grand Slam.
Per the previous report, WrestleTix has reported that over the past week, the seating map was changed significantly including “many seats removed and numerous sections becoming untrackable”.
New tickets for AEW Grand Slam on February 15, 2025 will be issued electronically.
No matches have yet been announced for the show at this time.
