Former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa has confirmed her injury status after reports of being cleared.
Thunder Rosa has been out of action from in-ring competition since a four-way match against Hikaru Shida, Serena Deeb and Queen Aminata on the August 31 edition of AEW Collision.
Earlier this month, Rosa revealed that she was suffering from a concussion and would be out for a couple of weeks.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Rosa had been cleared to return to in-ring action.
However, Thunder Rosa took to social media to state that she is not cleared and she will announce when she is. She wrote:
STOP LYING ABOUT MY HEALTH. I’m NOT CLEARED AND WHEN I AM I WILL ANNOUNCE IT. I reserve the right to divulge my medical status. If you need information ask me directly or my team….
WrestleTalk would like to wish Thunder Rosa a quick and healthy recovery.
