An AEW star shared an injury update, revealing that he has returned to the gym to train following knee surgery.
Cage suffered a knee injury in his match against Chris Masters on the March 20 OWA show.
This caused Cage to be pulled from plans for the Dynasty pay-per-view, with Cage reportedly originally lined up for a title match at the April 6 event.
Cage has now taken to his Instagram story to confirm that he has underwent a procedure following his knee injury.
He also shared a photo from the gym, revealing that he’s already pumping iron again.

Per Dave Meltzer in a previous edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the AEW World Tag Team Championship was supposed to be defended by The Hurt Syndicate (Lashley & Benjamin) against Murder Machines (Brian Cage & Lance Archer).
Instead, Lashley and Benjamin defended their gold against Big Bill and Bryan Keith.
Cage last wrestled on AEW TV on the March 19 Collision episode, teaming with Konosuke Takeshita and Lance Archer to defeat Powerhouse Hobbs, Mark Briscoe & Rocky Romero.
We wish Brian Cage a safe and healthy recovery.
