Jeff Hardy Update Following Recent Eye Surgery

Following a recently posted photo of Jeff Hardy enjoying a holiday following eye surgery, an update on the AEW star has been revealed.

A fan of Jeff Hardy managed to get a selfie with the AEW star and said of Jeff Hardy that he “could not have been more generous and likeable.”

Matt Hardy has now provided an update on his brother on his Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, saying:

“He just had some eye surgery and he’s recovering, probably a few weeks out from being fully physical but hopefully, sooner than later, he’ll be up for doing physical stuff again.

“He did sneak away with his family and go on a little vacation for a few days, which is nice.

“He’s in a really good place in life and I think he’s very happy where he’s at. It makes me very proud of him and it also fills me with joy that he’s happy with where he’s happy in life.”

As previously reported, Jeff Hardy was arrested for a DUI in June 2022 with the subsequent court case having come to an end with punishments including a suspended license for ten years.

Hardy remains a member of the AEW roster though will only be able to return from suspension “upon successfully completing treatment and maintaining his sobriety.”

Matt Hardy has previously spoken about his belief that Jeff “wants to redeem himself”, suggesting that he could return to AEW television in the future.
