Former AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita has written his autobiography with a release date set for April 2025.
The book, entitled “Konosuke Takeshita ALONE -The Lonely Challenge” (translated from Japanese) is set for publication on April 28.
The AEW star will be in Japan for a book signing event on May 5 in Chiyoda, Tokyo.
The event will also see a thirty minute talk with the former DDT Pro-Wrestling star, in addition to an autograph session.
At the time of writing, tickets are only available for the autograph session, with the talk having reached capacity.
The NJPW NEVER Openweight Champion made his AEW debut at the House Always Wins in April 2021.
That show has been, to date, the only non-televised house show in the company’s history.
On March 9, 2025, Takeshita lost the International Championship to Kenny Omega at AEW Revolution.
Takeshita would reassert his position as “the alpha” despite his lost in comments made after the show.
The AEW star is one of the original members of the Don Callis Family, allying himself with the leader in May 2023.
