Reactions to the news that CM Punk is injured and will have to temporarily step away from AEW continue to reverberate online, including from the AEW locker room.
As the world continues to react to the news that CM Punk is injured and will need to take time away from All Elite Wrestling to get surgery on a broken bone, some members of the AEW locker room have reacted publicly on Twitter.
Taking to the social media app to share their well wishes, Dax Harwood, Dustin Rhodes, and Thunder Rosa all shared their well wishes for the AEW champ as the future of the belt is uncertain.
Announced (albeit somewhat confusingly) on AEW Rampage last night, this Wednesday, June 8 edition of AEW Dynamite will see a Battle Royal to determine who will take on current #1 contender, Jon Moxley in the main event.
That match will establish who will face Hiroshi Tanahashi at AEW x NJPW inaugural crossover pay-per-view event, Forbidden Door later in the month for the interim AEW World Championship.
