AEW has shown ‘massive interest’ in two free agents following this week’s (September 28) Dynamite taping.
It was previously reported that former ROH World Champion Bandido has been offered an AEW contract following his match with Chris Jericho on Wednesday’s show.
PWInsider independently confirmed this report, but also revealed that AEW has there eyes on another star.
Per PWInsider, there’s massive interest in making Juice Robinson a regular for the company and bringing him in as often as possible.
The Bullet Club member made his AEW debut on this week’s Dynamite, against Jon Moxley. The duo have a storied rivalry, with Moxley winning the IWGP US Title from Robinson in June 2019, in Moxley’s first match after leaving WWE.
The two stars have also faced off in the G1 Climax tournament, and went one-on-one at Wrestle Kingdom 14 in 2020.
Robinson recently stated that he no longer represents NJPW, indicating that he’s currently a free agent.
Tony Khan has now announced that former CMLL and ROH star Rush has now officially signed with AEW, months after his first appearance for the promotion.
