MJF On AEW Full Gear: ‘Expect History Being Made’

Ahead of his opportunity to capture the AEW World Heavyweight Championship on Saturday at AEW Full Gear, MJF is telling the world what to expect.

MJF is making the media rounds in support of Saturday’s pay-per-view, AEW Full Gear, including doing some print interviews.

In one such interview, MJF details what to expect not just from the pay-per-view, but the history making cultural shift that will come thereafter.

Speaking to Newsday regarding what fans can expect from AEW Full Gear, MJF made a bold prediction that may just end up being a spoiler.

Not only does MJF hope to capture the title, he is going to capture the hearts and minds of mainstream audiences as well!

Describing what the world can expect from him on Saturday at AEW Full Gear, MJF said:

“Expect history being made.

“Expect the crowning moment of the guy who is going to bring professional wrestling back to the cultural zeitgeist.

“I want to make professional wrestling something people have no choice but to talk about again.

“I feel like we’ve done an incredible job, the brand of AEW, in doing that in such an incredibly short period of time.

“The fact that MJF has only been on TV for three years, and the fact that I am getting reached out to by publications as incredible as yours, I think it’s very telling.

“And I think there’s only greater things to come if I win that AEW world title, because I’m a guy who can wave the flag of this sport, and do it very well.”

MJF gets his opportunity to make that prediction come to fruition on Saturday, November 18, 2022 at AEW Full Gear on pay-per-view.
