AEW/WWE
AEW World Champion MJF has reacted to a star picking up his first victory in WWE, in a match which aired this week.
While Aaron Rourke has been part of the WWE ID program since November 2024, he had been largely unsuccessful during his appearances on Evolve.
This was until Tuesday’s (February 11) show, which saw Rourke pin Its GAL to earn his first EVOLVE victory.
Confirming that he was paying homage to Molly Holly with the match finish, Rourke took to Twitter to write:
Now THAT’S how you get your first victory in EVOLVE.
Paying homage to one of the greatest. ❤️
MJF commented on this post, with the AEW World Champion writing:
@CreateAPro finest.
Create A Pro Wrestling is the academy founded by AEW Vice President of Talent Development and coach Pat Buck, and TNA Wrestling’s Brian Myers (fka Curt Hawkins).
MJF was trained at the Create A Pro Wrestling Academy, and has appeared on a number of their shows.
MJF won the AEW World Championship at Worlds End in December 2025. He will defend his championship against Brody King at Grand Slam Australia on February 14.
@CreateAPro finest.
