A current name in AEW has filed a trademark for the term ‘The Four Horsemen’ with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Arn Anderson, one of the original members of the Horsemen, filed the trademark on September 27, as per Fightful.
Arn Anderson, Ole Anderson, Tully Blanchard and Ric Flair, managed by JJ Dillon, were the original members before the group went on to have several different iterations.
There have been rumours about AEW potentially making a new Horsemen faction at some point, but we’ve not seen anything like that play out yet. Just to be clear, this new trademark filing does not neccessarily suggest this is happening, nor are we implying as such.
