AEW Star Says They’ll Never Face Rival Again After Upcoming Match AEW

AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm has made a bold statement ahead of her Hollywood Ending match against Mariah May.

With May winning the gold from Storm at All In 2024, and Storm winning it back at Grand Slam Australia last month, the bitter enemies are slated to meet in the ring once again at Sunday’s (March 9) Revolution pay-per-view.

While the ‘Hollywood Ending’ match stipulation indicates that this will be the conclusion of the AEW rivalry, Storm has stated that it has even more significance.

Speaking with Variety, Storm said she will never step foot in the ring with Mariah May again.

Noting that this is the ending of the breakup, the AEW Women’s Champion said:

“To me this really is the Hollywood Ending. We’ll never step foot in the ring together again. In fact, I’ve actually filed a restraining order. She’ll never be in my life again.

“This is a real breakup. You know when you finally get rid of that ex that just won’t piss off? You finally get all their stuff out of your house, that’s what it’s going to be like for me. I’ve already booked a vacation.”

The AEW Hollywood Ending match will essentially be a Falls Count Anywhere bout, with no disqualifications, rope breaks or count outs, and falls counting anywhere in the arena.
