It appears AEW star Nick Comoroto of the Factory has joined his teammate Aaron Solo in undergoing a slight adjustment to his ring name.
The official AEW roster page on the promotion’s website has been updated and now lists him as Nick Comorotto, with two t’s. His name was also spelled Comorotto in the results section of AEW’s website following this past Wednesday’s Dynamite.
However, the nameplate on the screen before his match did read ‘Nick Comoroto’ with only one ‘t’, and his Twitter name is still Comoroto as of this writing.
The roster page did definitely have him listed as Comoroto previously and was changed to Comorotto, so either it was incorrectly changed for some reason, or the old spelling was shown on Dynamite and Comorotto is indeed now correct, which would seem to be the more likely of the two.
Aaron Solo had previously been Aaron Solow before having the ‘w’ dropped from his name a few weeks ago.
Comoroto and Solo are members of the Factory faction along with Anthony Ogogo and leader QT Marshall. Marshall, Comoroto and Solo lost a six-man tag match to the Gunn Club on Wednesday after Marshall was distracted by Paul Wight, who he faces at All Out.
