A match at the upcoming AEW x NJPW Wrestle Dynasty event at the Tokyo Dome has now been officially confirmed.
One of the matches set to take place at Wrestle Dynasty is the International Women’s Cup, which will see one woman from AEW, ROH, STARDOM and CMLL face off in a four-way, with the winner earning a title shot in their home promotion.
Willow Nightingale scored the victory over Jamie Hayter on the Winter Is Coming episode of AEW Collision to become AEW’s representative in the match.
ROH Women’s Champion Athena qualified for the bout after defeating Billie Starkz, Red Velvet and Leyla Hirsch in a four-way, as well as Persephone qualifying to represent CMLL after defeating Reyna Isis, Sanely and Zeuxis.
STARDOM’s tournament to determine it’s representative began on the December 20 and 21 shows, with Momo Watanabe, Syuri, Tomoka Inaba and Suzu Suzuki advancing to a four-way final that took place on today’s STARDOM event.
In the match, it was Momo Watanabe who scored the win, punching her ticket to Wrestle Dynasty to face off with Willow, Athena and Persephone in the International Women’s Cup.

It was about as hard-hitting of a Fatal Four Way that you'll find in the sport of pro wrestling.
