Former AEW Star Power Slap Debut Announced AEW/Power Slap

Following her official departure from All Elite Wrestling, former AEW star Paige VanZant has been announced for her Power Slap debut.

Former UFC fighter Paige VanZant made the transition to the world of pro wrestling and debuted in All Elite Wrestling in September 2021.

VanZant would appear on TV alongside American Top Team – the famed MMA gym founded by Dan Lambert.

After her in-ring debut at AEW Double Or Nothing 2022, VanZant was rarely seen on the company’s programming again. Then, she was officially removed from the AEW roster page in April 2024.

On June 22, UFC announced that Paige VanZant will make her debut in the Dana White owned Power Slap on June 28.

The announcement tweet reads:

VanZant will face Christine Wolmarans on the June 28 episode of Power Slap.

VanZant’s PowerSlap debut is a return of sorts for the 30-year-old, who competed in UFC between 2013-2020, holding an overall MMA record of eight wins and five losses.
