AEW’s Pinnacle Faction Splitting Up?

Have we seen already seen the end of the Pinnacle faction in AEW after just a few months of the group being together?

After feuding with the Inner Circle, and losing out in that exchange, the future of MJF, Wardlow, FTR and Shawn Spears as a unit seems unclear.

This has now been called into question even more by Spears’ most recent tweet, which was:

Well s**t, I guess I’ll just have to do it myself. Again.

AEW retweeted the post, so it does seem to be something ‘canon’ and not something he tweeted randomly or unplanned.

Obviously it’s too soon to say it definitely means they’re splitting up, but you can see why people would take that as a possibility considering the tweet.

MJF and Wardlow have been separated from the rest of the Pinnacle since All Out, but it may just be case similar to the Inner Circle where they go off and do their own thing while still technically a unit, something Tony Khan enforced when Jericho suggested disbanding the group.

Whatever Spears’ tweet means, it’s certainly something to keep an eye on.
