AEW
Having last been seen in an AEW ring back in July 2024, an original star has commented on a potential in-ring return.
Brandon Cutler made his AEW debut at the 2019 Double or Nothing, appearing on the Buy In show in the Casino Battle Royale.
He would go on to feature on a regular basis over the subsequent years, last appearing in the AEW World Championship #1 Contendership Royal Rampage match on the July 24 episode of Rampage last year.
During a recent episode of Master Class, Cutler was asked about returning to AEW as an in-ring competitor, saying:
“It’s crazy. It’s wrestling, you can never see into the future.
“It’s a thing I’ve learned is never say never on anything, and everything is a possibility.”
Beyond his AEW in-ring work, Cutler was also hired as Executive Producer of Content, with that moment being captured in a May 2019 episode of Being The Elite.
While Cutler hasn’t been seen in an AEW ring, he competed in AEW as recently as January of this year and has been seen on the independent circuit in Canada more recently.
His most recent match, at the time of writing, saw a loss to A1 Zero Gravity Champion Alec Price at A1 The Purge on July 20.
