New AEW Programming To Air On FS1 Prior To Dynamite AEW/FOX

A new piece of AEW programming is set to air on FS1 prior to tonight’s episode of Dynamite amid media rights speculation.

The announcement of AEW’s new media rights deal is reportedly imminent, with an announcement expected potentially as soon as next week.

One of the major reports will see AEW Dynamite and Collision remain on WBD networks, while the exclusivity clause with the networks would come to an end, with other a new AEW show, AEW Shockwave, potentially coming to a FOX network.

While landing on FOX’s primary network would be unlikely, a far more likely landing spot would be FS1, and a major hint that AEW content could be making an appearance on FS1 following the media rights deal.

Today, AEW took to Twitter, announcing that NFL Films will be presenting ‘A Day in the Life of Tony Khan’, following AEW’s GM and CEO during his day at the NFL Draft and a live episode of Collision that same day.

Interestingly, the show will be airing at 7:30pm on FS1, one of the rumoured landing spots for AEW Shockwave.
