On tonight’s edition of AEW Rampage (May 5) has an AEW faction disbanded for good or were they just temporarily deleted?

Tonight is the night! It is finally time for ‘The Firm Deletion’ match on AEW Rampage at the Hardy compound.

With The Firm (Stokely Hathaway, Big Bill, Lee Moriarty and Ethan Page) arriving at the compound during the day to be greeted by a drone featuring a hologram of Matt Hardy, welcoming them to the compound.

Then after an apparent jump through “the time space continuum” it was nighttime and The Firm was befuddled at first but went to work.

With Jeff Hardy choked Big Bill, it left one man even more vulnerable as Stokely Hathaway very nearly got taken out by Matt Hardy’s kids in an electric children’s car.

In a non-traditional move for a cinematic match, it continued through picture in picture with in-ring action in a wrestling ring was going on throughout commercials.

Including a great exchange between HOOK and Stokely Hathaway, Lee Moriarty also showed off some dance moves in his Kill Bill inspired ensemble.

Returning from commercial, Ethan Page had just driven Matt Hardy through a table and subsequently going for a cover but being denied the pinfall.

With another amusing segment of the ‘match’ featuring Reby Hardy, ‘Gothic Baby’ (Matt’s daughter and viral sensation in her own right) as well as a cameo by even Señor Benjamin.

In the end, Matt Hardy got the pin over Ethan Page and declared that The Firm had been deleted!

With Matt Hardy delcaring at the end, “It’s over!” Jeff Hardy walked away from the group.

Going outside, Jeff Hardy was then pictured standing in the center of a burning insignia (that matched his shirt) the episode ended with Hardy shouting “Thank you God!” as the four stood tall.
