Another Celebrity Announced For AEW Rampage Grand Slam Appearance

Another hip-hop star has been announced to appear at this week’s supersized Grand Slam edition of AEW Rampage.

As alluded to on last week’s AEW Rampage, Diamante will be bringing hip hop star Trina to the ring with her for her match against Jade Cargill.

The celebrity appearance was confirmed on tonight’s (September 21) Grand Slam AEW Rampage as a part of a backstage segment.

While there were several clues noted on last week’s Rampage, the celeb wasn’t named although if you recall, it was accurately predicted right here! 

Jade Cargill will defend her TBS Championship against Diamante on the Friday expanded edition of the show.

AEW Rampage Grand Slam is going to be super sized, scheduled for a two hour run time in lieu of the typical one hour show.

So far announced for the special two hour edition of AEW Rampage to fit the Grand Slam theme, mutiple exciting matches including bring backstage drama into the ring as fans finally get to see Eddie Kingston and Sammy Guevara square off.

Powerhouse Hobbs and Ricky Starks will see their feud finally hit a major moment in the ring, with Rey Fenix and Jungle Boy also set to meet for the first time.

In addition to the announced Golden Ticket Battle Royal there will also be a No DQ match between Sting and Darby Allin taking on Brody King and Buddy Matthews of the House of Black.

Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, a shocking title change kicked off the night while another championship changed hands as well, much to the delight of fans and there was an appearance by MJF.
