Live Edition Of AEW Rampage Card Expands

More matches were announced for this Friday’s live edition of AEW Rampage on tonight’s (October 5) AEW Dynamite.

There will be plenty of big matches to look forward to in AEW on Friday between a live edition of AEW Rampage and the special Battle of the Belts, directly after. 

The AEW Trios Championships are on the line when Death Triangle takes on Dark Order (Alex Reynolds, John Silver and 10) – this match replaces the previously announced and now cancelled 10 vs Andrade El Idolo match following Andrade’s backstage altercation with Sammy Guevara tonight.

Tay Melo and Anna Jay A.S. will go head to head with Skye Blue and Madison Rayne.

Varsity Blonds are set to take on Tony Nese and Josh Woods.

Also, another major trios match as the Blackpool Combat Club will be represented by Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli when they take on Private Party and RUSH.

After AEW Rampage, another hour of action will commence with the AEW special, Battle of the Belts. 

While past editions of Battle of the Belts have aired on Saturdays, this week is a notable change.

In lieu of running a pre-taped special against WWE’s premium live event, Extreme Rules, Battle of the Belts makes the jump to a Friday night, immediately after a live edition of AEW Rampage.
