On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, multiple big matches were announced for Friday’s live edition of AEW Rampage from Atlantic City, New Jersey.
A championship dream match was made for Orange Cassidy’s AEW All Atlantic Championship.
After defending the title in a three-way against Rey Fenix and Luchasaurus, Cassidy was on the receiving end of a big beatdown.
It was then that Katsuyori Shibata from New Japan Pro Wrestling emerged, alongside Rocky Romero and the Best Friends, Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor.
Not only did Shibata scare off Orange Cassidy’s assailants, he picked up the championship bout after signing the dream match contract still in the ring for the All-Atlantic champ!
Also announced for live Friday night Rampage, Dr. Britt Baker DMD & Jamie Hayter are set to face off against Madison Rayne & Skye Blue.
After Jamie Hayter was announced as Toni Storm’s opponent at Full Gear, will she have any new trouble co-existing with best friend Baker? We’ll have to tune in to find out.
Finally as if you didn’t have enough reason to check out the show, boxing legend and WWE Hall of Famer Mike Tyson will be on commentary for the entire hour.
Also, more names for the Full Gear Eliminator Tournament will be announced.
Looks like some tickets are still available for Friday night’s live AEW Rampage from Atlantic City, New Jersey if you want to check out the AEW action live and in person!
