The viewership figures for the December 31 New Year’s Eve edition of AEW Rampage have been revealed.
As per ShowBuzz Daily, Last Friday’s episode drew an average of 453,000 viewers. This is down from the 589,000 viewers who tuned in on Christmas Day.
In the 18-49 demographic, last week’s show earned a 0.19 rating, finishing #21 for the night on cable.
For comparison, the ‘Best Of’ edition of SmackDown that aired on FS1 on the same night drew 378,000 and did a 0.08 in the 18-49 demo.
On AEW Rampage, Cody Rhodes successfully defended his TNT Championship against Ethan Page. The team of Tay Conti & Anna Jay also did battle with Penelope Ford & The Bunny in a street fight.
Former champion Sammy Guevara will challenge for Rhodes’ TNT Title during Saturday’s Battle of the Belts special.
