AEW Rampage Draws Highest Viewership Since September 2021 With NBA Lead-In AEW

The viewership figure and demo rating for Friday’s (April 14) edition of AEW Rampage on TNT has been revealed.

Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Rampage drew 639,000 viewers. This is up from the April 7 edition that drew 340,000 viewers.

This is the highest total viewership for the show since the September 24, 2021 episode.

In the key 18-49 demographic, Friday’s show scored 0.21 rating. This is also up from the week prior that scored 0.10 rating.

This is the highest demo rating for the program since the April 15, 2022 edition. AEW ranked #7 on cable in the demo for the night.

The ratings boost came largely thanks to the big audience from the Chicago Bulls vs Miami Heat NBA game that took place on TNT prior to Rampage airing.

The show featured Aussie Open defeating Best Friends to retain the IWGP Tag Team Championships and “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry scoring a win over Shawn Spears in the main event.
