After AEW Dynamite bested WWE NXT in the ratings on Tuesday for the special resurrection of the head to head war, of course they mentioned it on AEW Rampage!
Max Caster and Anthony Bowens, AEW Tag Team champs The Acclaimed were making their way to the ring as AEW Rampage returned to Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
In his standard rap on the way to the ring, Caster mentioned the ratings win on Tuesday as AEW Dynamite bested NXT in overall viewership for the head to head outing.
You can check out the entire rap below.
Thankfully for fans of shouting, ‘Scissor me, Daddy Ass’ freely and liberally, The Acclaimed were victorious in their Trademark vs. Title match tonight on AEW Rampage.
Maintaining their championships and earning back the trademark on the catchphrase ‘scissor me’ and all related iterations, The Acclaimed was ready to scissor again!
After the duo beat Josh Woods and Tony Nese, they threw in a beatdown on Smart Mark Sterling for good measure before celebrating with some in-ring scissoring to end the segment.
