AEW Star Removed From Roster

AEW Star Removed From Roster AEW

An AEW star has been removed from the official AEW roster page after recent events saw him “fired” from the company on Dynamite.

As their quest to ‘improve’ AEW continues, the EVPs Matthew & Nicholas Jackson (the Young Bucks) ‘fired’ Christopher Daniels on this week’s episode of Dynamite.

This all took place after the Bucks took on Daniels and Matt Sydal in an AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator match.

Daniels has since reacted to the ‘firing’ in comments shared on AEW’s social media and a message to fans on Twitter.

The official roster page on the AEW website has now been updated to reflect Daniels’ status in the company (in storyline at least), removing him from the page, as can be seen in the screenshot below.

Daniels, who serves as AEW Head of Talent Relations, is the latest executive to fall foul of the Young Bucks.

In previous weeks, AEW CEO Tony Khan and the Bucks’ fellow EVP Kenny Omega have both been attacked.

At Double or Nothing on May 26, The Elite (The Young Bucks, Jack Perry & Kazuchika Okada) will take on Team AEW (Bryan Danielson, Cash Wheeler, Dax Harwood & Darby Allin) in an Anarchy in the Arena match.

Allin replaces Eddie Kingston who was pulled from the match due to an injury sustained at NJPW Resurgence on May 11.

After this week’s Dynamite, Allin confirmed that he isn’t yet 100% recovered from previous injuries that saw him abandon his planned Mount Everest expedition.

Danielson has also confirmed that he is still dealing with neck issues during a recent interview.
