Former AEW World Tag Team Champion Penta El Zero Miedo has responded to the rumors of him potentially joining WWE.
As previously reported, former AEW World Tag Team Champions The Lucha Brothers are expected to leave All Elite Wrestling upon the expiration of their contracts later this year.
Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix are also expected to sign with WWE when their AEW contracts expire, according to reports.
WrestlePurists recently claimed that sources within WWE were of the belief that Penta would be in Orlando at some point this week.
On August 13, Penta El Zero Miedo took to social media to respond to this rumor. He wrote:
Please stop posting fake news !! My present is AEW !!
In a separate tweet, Penta wrote:
no more gossip! my present is aew!
It remains to be seen what is next for the future of Penta El Zero Miedo at the time of this writing.
