WWE Star Expresses Interest In Facing AEW’s Ricky Starks

A WWE NXT star has expressed interest in facing off against AEW star Ricky Starks, amid speculation about Starks’ in-ring future.

With several of Starks’ friends making the jump from AEW to WWE, including Jade Cargill and Cody Rhodes, some fans have predicted that we will one day see Starks in a WWE ring.

NXT’s Eddy Thorpe has now taken to Twitter to note that he wants to share the ring with Starks one day.

Thorpe wrote:

I want to fight @starkmanjones someday.

Ricky Starks hasn’t wrestled for AEW since teaming with Big Bill to face Top Flight in a AEW World Tag Team Title Tournament quarterfinal bout on the March 30 edition of Collision.

He has only wrestled once since then, defeating QT Marshall at the May 31 BTW Welcome To Paradise event.

MJF recently shared his honest thoughts on Ricky Starks, praising Starks as one of the most underrated wrestlers ever.
