Ahead of AEW Grand Slam Australia, a new AEW ROH joint special has been announced for that same Saturday (February 15).
Announced for February 15 is AEW ROH Global Wars Australia, which will see a number of popular stars in action.
Announced matches include:
Athena puts the ROH Women’s Championship on the line against Alex Windsor.
Lee Moriarty defends the ROH Pure Wrestling Championship against Robbie Eagles.
Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara will defend the ROH World Tag Team Championship against MxM Collection.
It hasn’t yet been confirmed where/when this special will air, but many are expecting it to land on ROH’s HonorClub.
With AEW’s debut in Australia taking place at the Brisbane Entertainment Center, it was recently revealed that the show would be a TV event instead of a pay-per-view.
Tony Khan explained the business rationale behind this decision, revealing that it was always the plan.
The February 12, 2025 episode of AEW Dynamite revealed that the TBS Championship will be on the line as Mercedes Mone defends against Harley Cameron.
It was previously reported that AEW Grand Slam Australia would air at 10.30 PM Eastern “as a two-hour AEW Collision.”
JUST ANNOUNCED – In addition to the AEW Grand Slam Australia card, AEW has also announced the following matches for ROH Global Wars Australia on Saturday:
