Following his win in the Parking Lot Fight, AEW star Trent Beretta has reacted to former partner Chuck Taylor’s career ending injury.

On the April 27 episode of AEW Rampage, Trent Beretta defeated Chuck Taylor to win the Parking Lot Fight. Post match, Beretta smashed Taylor’s ankle with a pipe.

The following week on Dynamite, Orange Cassidy revealed that Taylor may not be able to wrestle following Trent’s attack on Rampage.

On May 10, Trent Beretta took to social media to react to the news about Chuck Taylor possibly not being able to wrestle again. He simply put three “relieved face” emojis in response.

Beretta turned on Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor in April 2024 following Trent and Orange’s loss in the AEW World Tag Team Title Tournament.

On the May 8 edition of AEW Dynamite, Cassidy defeated Beretta. Post match, Trent attacked Orange before officials, Kris Statlander and Don Callis separated both men.
