Hook made his AEW debut last night (December 10) on AEW Rampage, with a victory over Fuego Del Sol.
Fightful Select (subscription required) has provided some additional details on Hook’s debut. Fightful notes that it originally did not appear as if Hook was going to get into wrestling, despite knowing a lot and respecting the business.
Based on the words of people that Fightful spoke to, it apparently became evident during Hook’s first training session that he was going to get it. Hook has been training ‘non stop’ with Create-A-Pro Wrestling, alongside QT Marshall, as well as receiving some early help from MJF.
Various members of the AEW roster hyped Hook up to Fightful in the weeks prior to his debut, and followed up last night saying they were ecstatic about how his debut went.
