Following their rivalry in 2024, AEW star Daniel Garcia has explained how the roster feels about former AEW World Champion MJF.
At AEW Dynamite: Beach Break in July, MJF turned on Daniel Garcia in a brutal attack that saw Garcia stretchered out of the arena.
Garcia gained a measure of revenge when he returned at AEW All In London to cost MJF the International Championship against Will Ospreay.
Then at AEW All Out, MJF defeated Garcia. Post match, Garcia delivered an avalanche piledriver on Maxwell Jacob Friedman that caused MJF to miss one month of action from All Elite Wrestling.
In a new interview with Renee Paquette on Up Close, Daniel Garcia revealed how he and the company’s roster feels about MJF. He said:
“I think Max puts everybody through everything, mentally. Dealing with him is the hardest thing ever.”
“I think he’s a snake. He’s a terrible person. Honestly, I wish him nothing but the worst in his entire life.”
“He is somebody who, if he dropped dead tomorrow, I don’t think a single person in this company would care,”
MJF recently made his return to AEW at the WrestleDream pay-per-view where he attacked Garcia, but Adam Cole made his return to make the save and run off Friedman.
Meanwhile, Garcia is set to team with Private Party to face The Elite’s Jack Perry and The Young Bucks in a trios match on the October 23 episode of AEW Dynamite.
