Two AEW stars are gearing up for the opening of their board game cafe in Mishawaka, Indiana, later this week.
The Victory Roll Cafe is described as “Michiana’s Newest Spot for Family Game Night!”, with the official opening taking place on October 16.
Owned by AEW’s Ruby Soho, Angelo Parker, and their gaming friends, Dan and Lisa Weimer, the cafe will have a 700+ board game library alongside its offerings of speciality coffee, food and sweets.
Details of the venture can be found on the official Victory Roll Cafe website, with the “about us” section reading:
“Nestled in the heart of Mishawaka, our cafe is a vibrant hub for board game enthusiasts and casual players alike. With a collection of over 700 games ranging from timeless classics to the latest releases, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
“But we’re not just about games! Enjoy a selection of delicious food, artisanal coffees, and refreshing beverages to fuel your gaming sessions. Join us for themed game nights, tournaments, and special events where you can meet fellow enthusiasts or expand your gaming horizons.
“Our cozy atmosphere is perfect for friends, families, and newcomers to connect over a shared love of gaming. Whether you’re strategizing in a battle of wits or teaming up for a cooperative quest, our friendly staff is here to guide you to the perfect game fit for your group.
“So grab your friends, roll the dice, and let the games begin at Victory Roll—where victory is just a roll away!”
An Instagram post from earlier this year showed the work being put into the new venue, along with photos of the team with Tom Pestock (formerly Baron Corbin in WWE).
The cafe has seemingly been in development since at least earlier this year, with a March post on Instagram showing the owners at work.
As well as being business partners, Soho and Parker are also new parents, having welcomed their first child in October of last year.
