AEW Star Reveals Who Helps Them Come Up With Lines For Promos AEW

Saraya’s return to AEW has been a huge success for the wrestler formerly known as Paige and she’s keen to highlight a contributing factor.

Speaking on AEW Unrestricted with Aubrey Edwards and Tony Schiavone, Saraya spoke about Renee Paquette, saying:

“Me and Renee both kind of got the calls at the same time for AEW.”

“She was influential in my decision (to join AEW).”

It was more than just good timing that kept the two close together, with Saraya going on to discuss Paquette’s presence in AEW:

“With her being on AEW TV it, like, helps it a lot.

“She just meshes all the segments together flawlessly and perfectly.

“People don’t realise how creative she is too because she didn’t get to let her creative juices flow very much.”

This creativity has already paid dividends for Saraya, who explained:

“With her, even with my stuff, her and Moxley, we’re always bouncing ideas off each other.

“She comes up with such good lines for my promo for backstages.

“It’s like a whole unit and people don’t understand how much work she puts in.”

Paquette recently revealed her technique for functioning as a safety net for wrestlers during promos.

Saraya isn’t the first in AEW to openly discuss the contribution of Paquette, with AEW commentator and senior producer Tony Schiavone referring to her as one of AEW’s “best hires in a long, long time.”
