AEW Stable New Name Revealed

The new name for an AEW stable has seemingly been revealed on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite on TBS and Max.

Samoa Joe made his return to AEW television at the Maximum Carnage episode of AEW Dynamite in Cincinnati, where he helped HOOK fight off Christian Cage and the Patriarchy.

Joe, HOOK and Katsuyori Shibata reformed their trio in the weeks since, where they have been at war with the Patriarchy, attacking Nick Wayne and Kip Sabian backstage in Christian’s locker room last week.

On tonight’s Dynamite, Joe, HOOK and Shibata scored the win in a Trios match, before Samoa Joe made a challenge to the Patriarchy.

Joe dubbed he, Shibata and HOOK as ‘The Opps’, before challenging the Patriarchy to a Trios match on next week’s episode of Dynamite.

The AEW Grand Slam Australia event is set to take place this Saturday in Brisbane.
