AEW Star Comments On The Company’s Stacked Roster AEW

AEW star Big Bill of The Learning Tree has commented on wanting a “superteam” from the company’s stacked roster.

In August 2022, Big Bill signed a contract with All Elite Wrestling after runs with WWE and IMPACT Wrestling. Since then, Bill has won the AEW World Tag Team Championships alongside Ricky Starks and is currently aligned with Chris Jericho in The Learning Tree stable.

In the past year, the company has signed Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, Adam Copeland, Mercedes Mone, among others, joining the roster that also includes Bryan Danielson, MJF, Jon Moxley, Timeless Toni Storm and Swerve Strickland.

Speaking on Rasslin with Brandon F. Walker, Big Bill commented on AEW’s stacked roster of talent. He said:

“The roster is f**king stacked. I think it creates for good stories, good rivalries. I want to work with everybody you just named. I think bring them all in.”

“The more people, the better. I could see the flip side of it, but I think we want to have a f**king super team, dude. We want the 2011 Miami Heat, we want a f**king super team,”

The 2011 NBA season marked the first season that LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh teamed up on the Miami Heat. The superteam went on to win the 2012 and 2013 NBA Finals.
