Last week, AEW star Chuck Taylor sparked a few rumours regarding his AEW future after he blacked out his Twitter page and deleted all of his tweets.
The timing of the Twitter blackout was significant, as a number of AEW stars’ contracts have been expiring in recent weeks, so perhaps understandably fans thought he may have faced the same fate.
While it isn’t confirmation that his contract has not expired, Chuck has taken to Twitter to comment on his current status, and has claimed that at the very least, he hasn’t been fired. To be clear, there hasn’t been a report that his contract is expiring soon.

It could be that he is being used on a pay-per-appearance deal, but it’s also very possible that he’s still completely under a normal contract, and he simply blacked out his Twitter because he wanted to.
Several AEW stars have left the company in recent weeks, including Joey Janela, Alan Angels, Marko Stunt and Stu Grayson, and with Fightful reporting several “under the radar” stars have also left, we could be reporting on a few more departures in the coming weeks.
