AEW
After the recent string of big exits, there will be another departure from All Elite Wrestling (AEW) coming up.
Malakai Black, Miro and Ricky Starks all left AEW earlier this month, with Starks already debuting in WWE NXT under the name Ricky Saints.
Now, another exit has been revealed as PWInsider Elite reports Leyla Hirsch will be departing AEW.
Hirsch’s contract expires tomorrow (February 28), and she won’t be re-signing per the report.
There’s no word on whether the decision for her to not stay with the promotion is an AEW one or a Hirsch one.
Since it’s a contract expiration, Hirsch will immediately become a free agent rather than having a non-compete period attached to her exit like she may have had if it was a termination.
Hirsch made her AEW debut in 2020, with her last AEW match coming in June 2024, and her last on Dynamite being all the way back in March 2022.
She’d primarily been used in ROH over the last few months, where she most recently lost a TV Championship match against Red Velvet at Final Battle in December.
