Isiah Kassidy Describes What It’s Like Pitching Creative Ideas To Tony Khan

An AEW star has described what it is like pitching creative ideas to Tony Khan.

Isiah Kassidy of Private Party has been a part of the All Elite Wrestling roster since 2019. He has a great deal of experience working with Tony Khan and has gone on record to discuss working with him.

Speaking on The Ten Count on NBC Sports Boston, the Private Party member has described his experience pitching creative ideas to the AEW President.

He said:

“It’s the best. He’s the best boss you could ever ask for, and I’m not just saying it. I really mean it. He’s so generous. He’s really caring.”

Isiah Kassidy continued on to discuss how accessible Khan is for the performers, saying:

“He cares about what you have to say and he actually cares about what you have to say.”

“Sometimes you catch him, sometimes you gotta schedule, but if you catch him and he’s not busy you can say what you gotta say, and he’ll have an open ear to you, and that’s cool.”

Tony Khan has recently restructured the talent relations and backstage officials infrastructure with several individuals receiving promotions.
