AEW Star Explains Sudden Reunion On Dynamite

A reunion of sorts took place on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, when TBS Champion Jade Cargill was reunited with her former lawyer, Mark Sterling.

Sterling had not appeared alongside Jade for several months, with him most recently serving as the manager of the Varsity Athletes, Tony Nese and Josh Woods.

Taking to Twitter to explain why he and Jade were back together, Sterling explained:

“WhY iS He BaCk WiTh JaDe WiTh nO ExPlAnAtIoN?” Here it is: I’ve been @Jade_Cargill’s lawyer for the past 2 years, that never changed. @Miss_LeilaGrey does a great job assisting the #jadebrand ringside so I don’t have to!

Right now we are fighting a legal battle and I’m needed.

How is this hard to understand? Not that we owe anyone an explanation of our business dealings. We’re out here making money while people DEMAND answers. Right now we are busy fighting for our brand’s intellectual property.

Sterling returned by Jade’s side in her ongoing feud with Taya Valkyrie, sending Taya a cease and desist for her Road to Valhalla finishing move, which is the same as Jade’s Jaded finisher.
