An AEW star is reportedly expected to be finishing up with the company at Worlds End, and is believed to be going to WWE.
Tonight’s AEW Worlds End pay-per-view event is set to feature a grudge match between Andrade El Idolo and Miro, with the match having been built around Andrade’s relationship with Miro’s wife CJ Perry.
However, it seems as though that match may be the final match for Andrade in AEW, and he could be set to return to WWE imminently.
Per WrestlePurists, Andrade is expected by many in the company to be finishing up with the company at tonight’s Worlds End pay-per-view.
The report also notes that Andrade is believed by many within AEW to be heading back to WWE, with some thinking his return could happen as soon as next Monday’s Day 1 special episode of Raw.
A WWE source who spoke to WrestlePurists is aware of the talk surrounding Andrade, and is expecting him to join the company imminently.
Andrade requested his release from WWE back in 2020, and is currently married to Charlotte Flair, who recently signed a new contract with the company.
According to WrestlePurists sources, Andrade El Idolo is expected by many in AEW to finish up with the company tonight at World’s End.
He is also believed by many within AEW to be heading back to WWE. Some think it could happen as soon as the Day 1 RAW.
