Former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley has developed quite the resume of matches from his AEW career.
Moxley has faced most of AEW’s top names over the past year, but has also stepped into the ring with some of the company’s rising stars such as Top Flight, Konosuke Takeshita and most famously Wheeler Yuta.
Mox re-signed with AEW last year, keeping him locked down for many more years, and with it he took on more of a backstage role in the company following the events of the AEW All Out media scrum.
AEW interviewer and Moxley’s wife Renee Paquette recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet, where she spoke about Mox’s matches, saying that he handpicks most of his opponents and matches in the company.
She said:
“I also feel like, in the last however many years, he’s kind of been more or less handpicking what his matches were going to be and who his opponents were going to be.”
Moxley teamed with Claudio Castagnoli to defeat Brandon Cutler and Michael Nakazawa on last night’s AEW Dynamite show.
