AEW star MVP of The Hurt Syndicate has commented on his in-ring future following his recent debut on Dynamite: Maximum Carnage.
At the time of his WWE release in August 2024, MVP had not competed inside the squared circle in an official match in two years, which he commented on recently here.
On the Grand Slam 2024 edition of AEW Dynamite, MVP made his debut for the promotion. Since then, Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley joined him in All Elite Wrestling as The Hurt Syndicate.
On the January 15 Maximum Carnage episode of Dynamite, MVP made his in-ring debut, teaming with Lashley and Benjamin in a win over Mark Briscoe and Private Party.
On January 28, MVP took to social media to comment on his in-ring future in AEW. He wrote:
I plan to wrestle periodically. Just to remind these pissants that I’m STILL a legit threat in the ring. I’m the spokesman for The Hurt Syndicate. And sometimes I speak with my fists.
The Hurt Syndicate’s Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin defeated Private Party to win the AEW World Tag Team Championships on the January 22 edition of AEW Dynamite.
