Wheeler Yuta Reveals Thoughts Following Jon Moxley Betraying Bryan Danielson AEW

AEW star Wheeler Yuta has commented on Jon Moxley betraying AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson at All Out.

At AEW All Out 2024, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and PAC turned on fellow Blackpool Combat Club member Bryan Danielson in a brutal attack that saw Moxley suffocate Danielson with a plastic bag.

During the beatdown, PAC held Wheeler Yuta, forcing him to watch his mentor Danielson being choked out in front of him.

The former three-time ROH Pure Champion appeared for the first time since the betrayal on the September 14 edition of AEW Collision where he had a backstage interview where he gave an update on Danielson, which you can read here.

Following his win, AEW cameras caught up with Wheeler Yuta to discuss his thoughts after the BCC betrayal.

Noting that he found out his aunt had passed away during All Out weekend, he said:

“It was a really rough day for me, Saturday. Before the show I found out that my aunt in Japan had passed away.”

“She passed away due to complications due to COVID-19 and I just know that in her last moments she was struggling to find breath. That’s really all I could think about when I watched that happen to Bryan.”

“But Bryan is going to be okay. Bryan is going to be alright, and he’s going to be like no one we’ve ever seen before. I don’t really know where that leaves me, but it’s a lot to think about.”

Wheeler Yuta picked up a win over Anthony Henry on AEW Collision.

AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson is scheduled to face Nigel McGuinness, while Jon Moxley will face Darby Allin for a shot at Danielson’s title on Wednesday, September 25 at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
