Former TNT Champion Powerhouse Hobbs says he will deal with AEW World Champion Jon Moxley when the time is right.
On the April 24 edition of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley defeated Powerhouse Hobbs to retain the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
During the course of the match, Hobbs suffered a ruptured patellar tendon injury that kept him sidelined for nearly seven months.
On the November 6 episode of Dynamite, Hobbs made his return to the company to team with Ricochet against the Don Callis Family’s Konosuke Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher.
Speaking with Renee Paquette on AEW Close Up, Powerhouse Hobbs was asked if he holds any resentment towards Jon Moxley. He answered:
“Respectfully, I’ll deal with that when the time comes.”
Moxley last wrestled in a win over Orange Cassidy to retain the AEW World Championship at AEW Full Gear 2024.
