Last night during the main event of AEW: Dynamite, John Silver and Alex Reynolds of Dark Order competed against The Butcher and The Blade, The Young Bucks and Private Party for the chance to challenge FTR for the Tag Team Championship at Full Gear.
The match didn’t go too well for Alex Reynolds, as the Dark Order member not only didn’t manage to pick up the win for his team, but was unfortunately also knocked out during the main event match.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez noted that Alex Reynolds was knocked out during Dynamite and was taken out of his match. The pair noted that he was actually lying on the ground for a minute before anyone noticed.
Bryan Alvarez specifically noted that Alex Reynolds’ injury was “scary to watch”. However, he was fortunately about to report that he’d heard that the Dark Order faction member was “feeling great” following the show.
This news has seemingly been corroborated by Sean Ross Sapp, who noted on Twitter that Alex Reynolds was being checked on by the medical team on the outside of the ring at the end of Dynamite last night:
