
AEW star HOOK will reunite with his friend and mentor Katsuyori Shibata for a match on the Holiday Bash edition of Dynamite.
Since his father Taz was attacked and taken out, HOOK has been on the hunt for Christian Cage and The Patriarchy over the past few weeks.
After getting a measure of revenge on Cage during the Winter Is Coming special, HOOK now will finally stand across the ring from the man who attacked his father.
On December 17, Tony Khan took to social media to announce that HOOK will reunite with Katsuyori Shibata to face Christian Cage and Nick Wayne on this Wednesday’s December 18 Holiday Bash edition of AEW Dynamite. The post reads:

Also announced for this Wednesday’s show, Will Ospreay will face Darby Allin in the Gold League, while Shelton Benjamin goes one-on-one with The Beast Mortos in the Blue League of the AEW Continental Classic.
The show will feature Mercedes Mone defending the TBS Championship against Anna Jay and former AEW World Champion MJF will appear.
